Have you ever thought about the fact that your clients might like to know about all the products you are using on their hair when they visit your salon?
Many times, clients leave the salon without knowing exactly what we have put in their hair, what properties it provides or whether this product is also available for home use.
Tell them why you are using that shampoo, what it will do for their hair and why you think it is best for them. This lets you see if they are interested in knowing more about the products you have in your salon. You might also suggest that they pay attention to see whether these products really improve their capillary health and even offer to sell them the products so they can continue caring for their hair at home.
This way, clients will leave knowing what they have spent their money on, what works best for them and how it can help them achieve optimal capillary health. At the same time, you can promote your resale business in a way that is useful and (why not?) necessary for your clients.
