History

Eva was established in Barcelona in 1922 as a detergent and soap manufacturer. It started working in the hair beauty market in 1934 and became a leader in training in 1960 with hairdressing academies located throughout Spain. Sales offices were established in large Spanish cities in 1968. As of 1999 it is present in all the Spanish provinces and is strengthening its international presence with new distributors, opening branches in Mexico (1999), Colombia (2001) and Brazil (2003). A large plant was opened in Manresa in 2002, increasing its production and research infrastructures.
